Why The Sandbar's My Best

Photo this: waves rolling in, a salted breeze messing up your hair, and a plate of fresh oysters resting in front of you. That's The Sandbar at Deauville Inn in Strathmere, New Jersey. It's not just a place to eat-- it's where you go to take in the beach life. The sight's unreal, the entire Atlantic stretched out like it's revealing off, and the power's perfect, somewhere between chill and humming. I vouch, whenever I go, it seems like hitting the reset switch.

The food selection's got all the coast classics-- clams, fish sandwiches, you name it-- yet they don't stint options. If I'm not in the state of mind for seafood, I'll get a salad or something straightforward, constantly with a cool beverage to match. You're resting there, open air all over, with seagulls diving and possibly some man playing a guitar nearby. It's not fancy, and that's why it works. You seem like you're part of the coastline, not just checking out it.

It's excellent whether I'm simply stopping by for lunch or satisfying up with pals for a sundown hang. Doesn't matter if you roll up sandy from the coastline or tie up a boat nearby, they're awesome with it.
